We are a collective of innovators, creators, and leaders called to be exceptional, be a bridge, and most importantly, be in community. The Black Establishment grew out of a passion for supporting Black owned businesses and a deeply rooted understanding of community and its ability to liberate, heal, and grow. Taymah is a coach, Mother, wife, athlete, and business owner. Chris is a business professional with nearly two decades of experience, stylist, athlete and mentor. Michelle is an educator, entrepreneur, DJ, and a wife. Together they are the visionary trio that nurtured The Black Establishment from a seed of idea to a blossoming reality.

We are a movement dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs and professionals to thrive and redefine success of terms that mirror Black culture and collective values. Through our commitment to excellence, exclusivity, and elevation, we aim to create a legacy of prosperity and unity within the Black business community.
